Services

National Document Services provides process serving, skip tracing, and court filing services throughout Northern California. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the person to be served
Ensure documents are complete and legally compliant
Pay for services as agreed upon
Respond promptly to requests for additional information

Service Limitations

While we make every reasonable effort to complete service, we cannot guarantee successful service in all cases. Factors beyond our control, such as inaccurate addresses or parties actively evading service, may affect our ability to serve documents.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service or as otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change. Additional fees may apply for rush service, extended service areas, or multiple attempts.

Limitation of Liability

National Document Services liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

California Law

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Placer County, California courts.
